General Motors owns Hughes, and Hughes has some of the best
resources of computer technology in the country, if not the world,
so I would imagine it has something to do with car design.  The
report is an abstract dated Jan 30, 1995, and it looks that the
original document was from 1993.  A good guess would be that
they're not developing racing simulators.
