Where can I buy GPL in Canada?

by Stev » Thu, 06 Dec 2001 01:58:21

During a recent trip to Toys R Us (Montreal area), they had a bin full of
GPL, the catch... they were the French version. I'm tempted to pick one up,
since they're going for $9.99, but I'd like to see if I can get an English
version. I went to a couple of Toys R Us (again all in the Montreal area),
and they only seem to have the French version. So can someone point my to a
store in the Montreal area, or a web site which is selling English versions
of GPL?

If not is there a way (a patch or something), that will convert the French
version to English?

Thanks
Steve

They still advertise the english version au Camelot, you can check on the
site (www.camelot.ca) or go to one of the store.

I guess they updated their site, it's not there anymore.
Other than that, I've only seen french one for a while.

Sorry and good luck in your search.

You could try the Bay. The main store here in Winnipeg set up a
clearance outlet dept with lots of games. They had GPL english for
$14.99. Or try Office Depot, that's where I got mine
