Does the pit position change in NASCAR ???!?

        I've always had my pit as the very first one, is it supposed to move randomly like
the instruction manual says ?  If it does is there any way to correct this problem ??

This is a case of the manual going to print before the game was done. They
didn't implement the changing pit position, and I'm glad cuz I have a hard
enough time stopping in the right place anyways :)
