Greg and Thomas Duffield of G.T. Racing Enterprises are pleased to announce the
support of Australia Zoo, home of t.v.'s The Crocodile Hunter (Steve Irwin) for
the 1999 drag racing season.  Greg, a Tampa Florida resident will be competing
in the Texas Quick 8 Association, and various Florida match races in his Texas
based, Janke Racing Engines powered, blown and injected 1977 Vega Pro-Mod.
built by Alfred Whiteside of SIDE Race Cars in Waco, TX.  "We feel like we will
be a major contender for the championship, and we are very e***d about having
Australia Zoo and The Crocodile Hunter himself, Steve Irwin, supporting our
endeavor." Duffield announced in an interview recently.  Irwin, is a world
renown naturalist who specializes in the relocation and protection of
crocodiles and wildlife of all forms throughout the world.  His incredibly
exciting television program, appropriately called "The Crocodile Hunter", is
rapidly growing in popularity throughout the world, especially here in the
