Maybe make sure you aren't getting a space at the end..

Whaen the AI drives, the car goes like a rocket, When I drive I cant seem to
get past 114mph

Turn off the rpm limiter.

Strange, 60mph odd I could understand (pit lane limiter) but 114's a bit of
a funny number. Sure you haven't got kph and mph mixed with the pit lane
limiter on?
