GPL Glory "live link" please

I am a bit of a late commer to GPL and the add-on tracks.

I am trying to get GPL Glory a big oval track which is listed as
available. All the links I have off various  GPL sites give a invalid
URL.

Does any one know where this site is, or have access to this file, can
they please help.
