Setting at Clear or cloudy always give me a cloudy sky.

Am I missing something ?

Are you using a NO CD type of 'patch'...this has been documented as
causing the sky to be cloudy all the time.

I do use a NO CD with all my games. I'll try back with the original EXE and
the CD.
