Steering Wheel error in Win 95, Please Help

by C.J. Shepherdso » Thu, 03 Jul 1997 04:00:00

Hi -
I have a Thrustmaster GP 1.  When I first hooked it up, all was well.
Yesterday, I un-hooked my GP 1 and re-hooked up my Joystick.  Upon
re-hooking up the GP 1, win 95 tells me that "no *** device was found"
when I try and calibrate the wheel.  Well, I plugged, unplugged, plugged,
and plugged for an hour - same result.  Thrustmaster's response to this is
the same as there response to every problem - uuuhhh, buy a Thrustmaster
speed adjustable game card.  Does anyone have a solution to this problem.
I would really appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks,
Shep

Don't forget you'll have to restart windows after unplugging your
joystick and wheel.Hope this helps.
