Sorry for the stupid question...but how do I select my car type (Ford,
Chevy...) in N3.  I haven't found how to yet.

  click on the logo below your car in the driver info area.  For some
reason, at least with my system, I have to clik on the logo several
times before it changes.  Once it does tho, it smoothly switches from
brand to brand.(I'm probably just missing the hotspot)

in driver info ... click on the number on the chassis type botton/logo

1=chevy
2=pontiac
3=ford

when you click on the number it wil change .. then SAVE

Right, it works, but:

What does it matters? Is there any difference in driving? I could not
get a different feeling.

According to the readme file, the difference is in the downforce
generated by each chassis.  However, that difference is rather subtle,
from what I gathered.

It appears that only the right half of the logo is "hot".
