MSFFW squeaky brake

by R48 » Sun, 20 Oct 2002 11:07:09

Thanks for the replies that I received to my questions about the MSFFW. The
wheel is good and the pedals are vastly better than Logitech.

I seem to have developed a squeaky brake pedal when in use. The pedal works
just fine. It's just the squeak I'd like to get rid of. What's the best way
to lubricate this without damaging the pedal?

Thanks

Something NON-TACKY!  That is very important, and rules out the majority of
oils and lubricants.

I think spray-silicone carefully applied is the best bet.

It's only happened to me once in 2+ years, but spray silicone fixed it up
nicely.
