Listen to scanners over the net?

Ive heard somewhere that you can pick up scanner frequencies
through a site(s) on the net which enables you to listen to the Nascar
races on your computer. Can someone verify this and post a couple of
urls? Does it cost anything? Can you switch frequencies from different
drivers?
Sounds like this would be really cool, since I can hook my computer up
to my stereo and watch the race on my 60" Mits! Talk about "being
there"!

Thanks for any info guys!

Yes David here is the URL:

It's a great site.  They currently still have the Jeff Gordon in-car stuff
up from Daytona plus lots of past races.  It gives you an insider
prospective of Nascar.
