Jed was kind enough to email me back this morning to tell me where it is.

Apparently he's been working like crazy on this site.

it's there, along with an ICR analyzer (maybe like GPanalyzer?), the NFS
patch, and F1 and BTCC carsets for ICR...AND, the entire ICR2 demo is there
also.  Be warned, you might want to connect to this late at night.....my
connections today have been MISERABLY slow.

Incidentally, the carsets in The Pits for Nascar (BTCC) are unfinished. If you want an
accurate, finished .dat file for Nascar with realistic driver abilities, all the real
drivers and all the 1995 cars, mail me...
