Strange thing in N4 in OpenGL mode

I've palyed N4 on my Radeon 8500 in OpenGL fine in the past, but since
installing newer drivers and a Radeon tweaker (not sure which is causing the
problem) the screen freezes when in OpenGL mode (it is fine in D3D though).
The game is still running because I can hear the cars going around the
track, just the dispklay is frozen solid and requires a  hard reset. Anyone
know the solution to this problem?

Assuming you installed the 6018 drivers in WinXP then the problem is the
atioglxx.dll file.  I had the same problem.  I resinstalled the older
version of that file (version 6015 or older) and it fixed everything.
