I'm a 16 yr old non computer tech and right now i have packard bell pen
100 quad speed cd rom 8 megs ram and 1mb video card i'm looking at getting
a new video card and 8 more megs but my big question is what video card
should i get i have a budget of $350.00 to get the video card any
