Leadfoot Online - Anyone?

Greetings,
For those of you that had a hard time with a higher end system and DTSC etc,
will be glad to hear that Lead runs a lot smoother. System is a Tbird
1.1gig/GforceII/256mb etc.etc and Sprints just sucked on this machine. It
wasnt drivers, it wasnt the install or the game config because I tried
EVERYTHING and nothing fixed the terrible framerates. Even after a fresh
re-install of the op system. But Leadfoot moves along great!

But has anyone played online? Anywhere to go to try it in the demo?

Some of you my remember me from Nascar Heat - remember FreezerBurn? :)
Thanks and take care!

Thats funny. I have the exact opposite problem. DTRSC demo ran great, but
Leadfoot chugs a little. I have to turn off some detail and lower res to get
it to be playable. This is the first game that I have had the problem with.
Also some control probs. Seems to be very slow to respond to my MSFF wheel.
Anyone else have these probs? I find it hard to believe that my hardware
cant handle it (specs below). It seems like I have bought Dirt Track racing
and 2 add-ons for $20.00 each these games are so similar. Funny thing is DTR
and DTRSC demo both ran fine.

System-
Abit KT7A raid
AMD T-bird 1.2 ghz c (266 fsb) o'ced to 1.4 ghz
512 meg crucial pc 133 cas2 (2x256)
Windows 98 SE
DX 8.0a
Geforce 2 GTS 64 meg (Leadtek Winfast)
Detonator 12.40 drivers
Sb Live! value
19" Viewsonic PS 790
Microsoft Sidewinder FF Wheel
All latest Windows and hardware patches and fixes.

Bring on WSC!!!

I have a setup very similar to yours and Leadfoot flies at the highest
resolution with details maxed. It may be a driver conflict. I am using the
latest Leadtek drivers. The newest Nvidia drivers aren't always the fastest
or most compatible.

System-
Abit KT7A
AMD T-bird 1.33 ghz  (266 fsb)
384 meg pc 133 cas3
Windows 98
DX 8.0a
Geforce 2 GTS Pro 64 meg (Leadtek Winfast)
Latest Leadtek drivers
Sb Live! value
19" Optiquest Q95
Logitech Formula Force USB
All latest Windows and hardware patches and fixes

Thanks Kyle. I will try the Leadtek drivers and see if that helps. It makes
sense too because I think the 12.40 Detonators are still beta.

I run Leadfoot online with my Duron 750, using the old Voodoo 2, runs great,
I used to run DTR & DTR SC on the K6-2 500 with the Voodoo 2 as well.
Would not run on the Gforce 2 MX very well but Voodoo 2 is great. It's still
worth having 2 video cards in the system.
System, Duron 750, 256 mb ram, GF 2 32mb, V2 12 mb
