IWCCCARS: New URL and answers to questions

Ladies and Gentlemen --

I've gone ahead and done it!  Call me crazy, but I just invested in a
virtual server, and it's SO dang fast that I had to move IWCCCARS
there! :-)

The URL is http://www.racesimcentral.net/;You'll notice a HUGE
improvement in speed over XMission, even across the ocean (Gavin
Moffitt reports from Ireland that the server is nearly as fast as his
own local server).  As far as versatility, this server basically gives
me the option to do whatever I want with the site.  I've been doing
some quick CGI scripting to replace the current form-submission
process -- when it's done, you'll get an e-mail back from an
auto-responder so you know it got to us.

A couple of you have complained about updates -- well, they're piling
up in my "Inbox" queue, waiting for a moment of free time to be
posted.  Moving the site has not been and still isn't a very easy or
effortless task, but I think it will pay dividends in the long run.

Now, all I need to do is either a) find a site sponsor, or b) make one
less trip to the supermarket per month.. ;-)
