I downloaded MYICONS2 from the uspits. I then added a few decals to my car
that I liked from it. I could not figure out how to import that pcx to n2. Any
help will be appreciated. I assumed that there was no way to actually put the
new decals into the paintkit in the game..so I figured I would have to learn a
way to use those decals in windows and then import the car. Thanks.

and for other details.

You need to use a utility to unpack the Layout.dat file in your
nascar2\layout folder.  Within that file are nearly 600 files, and one
of them is decal.pcx.  You can replace that file with the customized
version to use the new decals in N2's paintkit.  I have a link on my
utilities page to the necessary programs.
