VROC2 question

I tried VROC2 for the first time yesterday (used spyboy before but was
curious if VROC2 offered some new options)

I entered all the data, including the path to my gpl directory, but
when I want to join or host a race I get a 'launching gpl' message,
and after 10 secs this message disappears and nothing happens.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
