Why isn't there a Indy 500 race track in Indycar Racing by Papyrus?

I believe that there were some legal complications for Papyrus to
obtain permission to create the speedway track, that is also the same
reason why there is no Daytona in NASCAR by Papyrus... Sega has
obtained the rights first and it would cost too much for Papyrus to
get permission to recreate the track

I believe that there is an Indy 500 race track by Papyrus, it's been
around for quite some time. It perfectly runs with Indycar Racing by
Papyrus.
I owe one myself and it's very tough to win there.

They did a seperate 500 game a few years back. I don't think that
works with IndyCar Racing. However, they also made a 500
add-on disk for IndyCar Racing.

You have to buy Indy separately. It lists for around $30 or so. Check your local
software store, or you can get it mail order.

There is a indy track... but you have to buy it as a seperate track pack it
also comes with a paint kit
