/ft, too busy driving to fiddle around with setting a camera up himself

You can download a pre-made set with a high overhead view included if you
don't feel up to making your own. And say thanks to Brian for his work on a
nice editor while you're there. Alternately, anyone who wants a different
set can email me and I'll send one I made with Brian's editor. It doesn't
have a super-high overhead view, but it does have a couple of chase
helicopter-type views, one following from behind and one looking back from
ahead. They're great for seeing your line choice and watching dices with
other cars from above.
