Everyone says that NeoPaint is THE program to edit your ICR carsets and I
just bought it but can't load the EXPORT.PCX file.

The problem is:  I can't get the program to use 640 X 480 with more than
16 colors.  Can anyone tell me why not?

I sometimes have trouble accessing this group so I would be grateful if
anyone with any suggestions would e-mail them.
