Hi Frank,

Thanks a lot for the good words, its nice to know SOMEONE can apreciate
what we do :) I cant help it if Thomas Enterprises is a little 3 man
family operation without major bucks like some others. We do what we can
and you wont find a better value or warranty for the money anywhere, in
4 years of operation we've only got one person ***ing so I'd think
that aint too bad :)!

Also I'd like to thank Jeff Haas for his comment in another message, if
I had his email I'd write and think him so instead I'll post it and
maybe he'll write me.

Trevor, it's nice of you to thank all the people that are sticking up for
you and I'm sure you have a fine product. However, there seems to be a very
simple solution, take care of the problem. Seems to me it would be a lot
less of a problem that way and you wouldn't lose customers that way. I know
you've got all the customers you need, but some day that may not be true.
Being in the retail business I have found this to be very true.

Hi,

I too would like to add my recommendation of the TSW.  I got one beginning of
97, and yeah, I had to wait a little, but it's upped my game a lot.  A world
apart from the T2 etc.  Great wheel!

Well thats about normal for a TSW, we build em to last forever and thats
why they have a 100% lifetime warranty, if you are interested, check
