"Races" Stat is same as "Skill Level"

"Races" Stat is same as "Skill Level"

In case no one else has noticed, the "Races Run" column on the
ranking screen shows skill level, not how many races you've run.  I
don't know if Marvin is aware of this. If he is, then I apologize; if
not I just wanted to bring it to his attention.
