Been trying to get in for a week without success .Have they changed their
address (ie/eg Speedvision to speed)

Server/DNS problem. Should have it sorted out in a few days (I think), but
until then it can be accessed using their IP addy

Paste that into your url field to take you to their home page. All links from

Their URL has been removed from some DNS servers.  I've been hurt by this
and I'm using DirecTVinternet.  Add this entry to your hosts file
(\windows\hosts on 98  or \windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts on 2000-XP)
and you'll be fine.
