Springs for MSFF

Hello,

One of the two springs for the throttle-pedal on my MSFF broke yesterday 15
minutes before qualifying for the IGPLC-F3 league :(

Now, have anyone here experienced the same, and what did you do to replace
it ? My big fear is to go to the shop that sold it to me, because they only
have low prices, but no clue whatoever about computers (Elkj?p), and I'm
afraid they will take it in for repairs for 3 months or so.... I need my
wheel :)

I also had my MSFF gas pedal spring break - I was able to make a replacement
spring out of a coat hangar.  It actually fit and works fine (after a couple
of tries).  I thought my replacement 'spring' wouldn't last too long, but
it's held up fine for a month and looks like it should last a few months.
(I've since replaced the MSFF with a LWFF).  It's good to know that with
some careful bending that the springs can be replaced.

Good luck,
Brian

Before open your MSFFW pedal, I recommend to contact with MS support.
My friend had good supports with them. Good luck.
