When starting Nascar 4, I get a error message 1 or 2 minutes after the game
starts.

Nascar Racing 4 has caused an Error in RENDOG.DLL and will now Close.

Running the latest Nivida Drivers 12.41   All other Drivers are current.

Any help would be appreciated.

Never seen this problem myself, but by looking at your system specs and the
error dll (rendog) which sounds like the OpenGL library I would say for you
to try/check a couple things. First it may be that you card (video card) is
overheating if its functioning fine for a few minutes before crashing. The
other would be to try it in D3D to see if it runs ok past the time that has
become the norm with the OpenGL crash. If it runs fine in D3D it may be some
OpenGL config in your vid properties, if it continues to crash, consider
upgrading the fans in your system.
