My best lap in Spa is 45.08 in Expert mode. I do know this is middle class
of the world, but I don't know what World Record is.

1:41.325 is the record for spa in expert mode currently.
I reccomend you download the F1RCrelay software.
It allows you to easily play F1RC online (and soon F1 2001), or just
chat with other F1RC racers.
Even if you don't want to go online it has a good
hotlap utility that uploads your hotlap to the site.
btw, since F1RC has rather poor shortcutting detection, the
site has a rule that you must have at least some of the tire on the
tarmac.....So your not allowed to "cheat" and drive right through the
chicanes at spa and monza.
