T2 $30 Rebate???

by Jeff Vince » Fri, 19 Jul 1996 04:00:00

The flyer from the local CompUSA offers a $30 rebate on the T2,
however it isn't clear (and the folks at the store didn't know) if
the rebate was from CompUSA or Thrustmaster.  Does anyone know the
scoop on this?

The rebate brings their $130 price down to $100, but its only
good until August 3 and I could probably do as well mail-order
(particularly if the rebate was from the manufacturer and would
apply as well!).  Thanks for any info!

Pick one or more: Model Rockets (competition-NERCB) / PCs (even Atari!) /
Papyrus ICR-ICR2-NCR / Who needs a life when you have multiple non-lives?

If their price is $130 your really not getting a rebate.Try Circuit
City; the last time I saw the t2 their it was $99.00 and that was their
regular price not a sale.HAPPY SHOPPING :-)

I would be interested if this is a Thrustmaster rebate....   Since other
local stores sell it for $99, that makes it very affordable!

T2 $30 Rebate???

I went to Comp USA yesterday and the $30 rebate is through Comp USA,
not Thrustmaster.  The rebate coupon is pretty pathetic, it's called a
"Thursmaster 12" on the coupon instead of Thrustmaster T2.  Anyway,
they were out of them so I'll keep looking around for a good price.

Someone mentioned they got one for $89 thru mail order - does anybody
know what company is selling them for this price??
