Is there an MSDOS CD and a Win95 CD version of NASCAR 2?

Is there an MSDOS CD version and a Win95 CD version of the newly
released NASCAR2 like there is for C&C:Red Alert?  Or is there only 1
version?  My box says "MSDOS CD" on it, but the Sierra Online order
page (http://www.racesimcentral.net/) lists the
OS as Win95.

One CD for everyone.  Once you start it in Win95, it just dumps to a
DOS window anyway.   It'll start via Win95 shortcut or DOS start like
Nascar 1 did.

The official Sierra order form for the game lists no choices as to
operating system.

The game is MS-DOS but there is a Win95 setup and install utility (it
autoruns).  There are not two versions.

There's only one version and it's a DOS program that works within Win'95,
but it is not a Win'95 app.

I have an MS-DOS CD as well as the "Win 95" DOS version CD. There are
differences between them, but I don't recall exactly what.
