Gerhart's converters...HELP!

Can anybody tell me how to get Gerharts conversion programs (ic2 to n1 and
vice-versa)?  It worked for me once before, but it doesn't seem to
completely convert them!  It is really quite annoying and frustrating.  I
wish the programs came with README files, but what can one do!?
Anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have had the same problem , if you get a response would you pass it
