Am missing the so called powerturn gear in GP2.
Dont know what patch or whatever did this to me.
Have tried gp2ed and copying the original gp2.exe from cd.
Am NOT using F3 (spin correction)
Anyone got an idea how I can get the power turn gear back?
(apart from reinstalling alltogether?)

Hmm, put back on the steering help?? I guess you don't want to do
that... Without steering help it's quite easy to perform : apply full
throttle and just a fraction of a second after that full steering.

You need to go to Advanced Control menu and turn on steering help
If you mean the gear that will spin you around..it seems to be linked to
the way you configure your controller.
For example, if you choose standard joystick or keyboard configs you will
have a power turn available! I think
you'll also have it if you configure your controller close to the standard
configs. Of course if you use a wheel
and set enough steering lock (24 deg) you'll get the same effect.
You have to have the proper help option on to enable it as I found the same
thing not sure which one but thats your problem!!!
