Hello,

        I have built a new track for NASCAR/ICR 2 is is called N. Las Vegas Speedway. It is based upn the 1.5
tri-oval at c***te.. The spec's for the 2 tracks are very similar. But before I release to the mass horde I
wish to know if anyone out there can tell me about the legality involved. N. Las Vegas Speedway is based upon
the spec's from another being built but not yet opened track. Yes the track is completed and several people
are allready testing it! I hope that someone on this net has the information I need so that I can get this
track out in the next day or two.
