no luck. The car will go from a big understeer and then snap to
oversteer and loop the car.

First look to balance the weight distribution on the rear tires. What
usually causes this to happen is the the LR builds up more heat that the
RR (using default setups). Try stiffening the RR shocks a little. You
might also try put some extra negative camber on the rear tires,
especially the LR. I even put in -0.200 stagger. This all helps reduce
the stress put on the LR during the slight dog-legs on the long
straights.
