I appreciate everyone's responses to my question.  The packard bell computer
that I am referring to is my brother-in-laws.  He bought the game on my
referral.  The game runs rather well on my own p.c.  I have a petium 133
installed on an Intel PCI/ISA motherboard.  I only have a trident video card
with on meg of memory.  I am fairly pleased with the sim's performance.  I
just couldn't believe the drop in performance on that packard bell 100.  I
felt aweful that I recommended the sim to him.  It was unplayable in SVGA.
