zero wait state

To all, I was recently going through a utilities CD I own and came
across a utility called TOAD825X.com that allows you to adjust your
system memory to absolute 0 wait state by adjusting its refresh rate by
entering a certain command line parameter value.  The utility actually
increased my system speed by 3% (verified by UNIVBE 5.2's profile
utility-I think this should be a valid benchmark test!).  Doesn't sound
like a lot, but when you are trying to get the highest possible frame
rate out of NASCAR and INDYCAR 2, I'll try anything (I am the proud
owner of an Intel DX4-100 OD).  Also I just recently picked up QEMM 8,
installed it an ran NASCAR and INDYCAR 2 in XMS mode only and it
flew!(versus running these programs without any memory managers at all-I
highly recommend this product for maxing out your frame rate-it
rules!).  If anyone is interested in the TOAD825X.com program let me
