Can we please have a moratorium on posts about the warez version of F1
2002?  Nobody can verify how old the build is, and therefore any
comments anybody makes are pure unverifiable crap.  Maybe the final
version will be crap, but maybe it will be the best game of your life,
and a lot of people are going to miss out on the chance to find out if
you guys keep posting this shit.  It's only a few days away anyway,
please just wait for the released version and then make all the comments
you want.

I must say I agree.  I'm not expecting much out of the release, based on F1
2000 and F1 2001, but some of the decisions being made on an unknown,
illegal download of unknown build and origin are kind of nutty :)

After following this newsgroup for a few years, I don't think there's ever
been a final release that differs from an early Warez version, or demo - I'd
be willing to be there will be no difference in this case either.

Agreed

Esp. as there are copies in stores ( just not on sale yet)

One empolyee takes a copy home - voila - warez ahoy

I'm gonna be buying it as I'm looking forward to Mods - but the online
code's a waste of time

I can give you two examples.  Toca2(demo sucked, retail didn't suck as much)
and MBTR(demo was fun, but I can't get the retail version to run).
