There are instructions at several forum sites including racesimcentral in their papy nascar
section...and just to make sure, you don't get the cars yet, you just get the physics until the T/A
mod is released.

But you can use the N2003 cars so long as you make a change to their
classification.
(I followed the instructions available at The Pits and all worked according
to plan.)
