It's probably in the sound.dat file. You'd have to unpack with a
utility you can find at almost any major NASCAR 2 site, called
pack/unpack.exe. These are two separate files that will unpack the
sound.dat file into a whole list of *.wav files.

Hello racers.

Does anyone know what the file is for the spotter in nascar 2 directory.
I am just curious to know what it is. Is it part of the sound? Is it a
separate file? Thanks, all of you are probably thinkin, what the hell
does this person want to know what the file is, but I may have an idead
for something so could you please tell me. Thanks again.

The spotter sounds are packed in the sound.dat in your Nascar2\sound
folder.
