I have seen TOCA at the EB in the Oshawa Centre, so it is probably at
the EB's in Toronto. They would get it for you if it is not in stock.

Check out Mediascape on Yonge, just north of Wellesley on the west
side.  They are selling it for about $60, which is a lot cheaper than
where I bought it (EBX).
