We've just wrapped up the first season of www.pedaltothemetal.co.uk We only had about a dozen drivers, over 10 rounds - but it was an ENORMOUS ammount of fun. Tonight race was another cracker - 40% WG - some superb racing early on. I went into it trailing by 27 points, and some good luck from my behalf, some bad luck on others behalf and I won the race. Anyhows - bottom line, I've (provisionally) clinched the championship and I'm over the f'king moon. I dont think I'll be racing next season - so I'll take this opportunity to thank Daks and Tiffy for looking after us, Rick Osborn, Ian Wright and Andy Wilke for their advice, support and setups, BRD for making my lush Speed 7 Pedals ( all three wins needed them!), my Girlfriend Helen for not moaning about how much practice I did - and Papy for the best sim so far... Me and my AMD Car had a truely awesome season Doug
