Hi,
Does anyone know any websites that have info on making your own sim racing
cockpits? I'm interested in doing something similar to the ones in these
pics....

when you try to explain sim racing to people.
"When I went to pay for the seat, it came up in conversation that the seat
was going to be used for a home sim cockpit where I race people from all
over the world...Apparently this impressed the junkyard man, because after a
blank stare for a few moments, he told me I could just have the seat.
(perhaps he was questioning my sanity"

Yeah, sim racing doesn't seem to have much "street-cred" Whenever I tell
someone about it, they always turn up their noses as if they think it's a
piss-poor excuse for the real thing...

My junkyard guy gave me the exact same look. Then he said "yeah, whatever,
that's $50.00".
