If you are not registered, you're not eligble now. Close off date was like
3 months ago. David McCall is the contact person, and if he didn't contact

There was a signup form on the site to fill out. Fill that out, send your
funds, and that's it. To late now of course, but that's what you do. Not
sure why you would/could miss it twice.
