Several gaming web sites show that nascar thunder 2003 is to be released today or tomorrow. Did I miss something, has anyone else seen this? There seems to be nothing from anyone here about it.

That's really funny. There is a full page ad in the latest PCGamer magazine that reads "NOW ON PC" and lists the URL. I guess it depends on what your definition of "is" is. G
