This is a really stupid question, but... you have checked you're using the right rasteriser, and installed the Direct3D patch, haven't you? -- The GPL Scrapyard: http://www.btinternet.com/~gplscrapyard (including the Kinlet Park circuit - currently in beta) "Hoi, hoi, u embleer hrair, m'saion ul hraka vair" - Watership Down

Nope...................didn't know there was a D3D patch.........could you please direct me to where I can get it. TIA.
Thanks guys..............all is well now. And talk about SWEET looking.....now I know what all the fuss was about when it first came out. At least for guys with high end systems. This upgrade certainly has it's advantages. Now to go learn to drive. Thanks again.

Okay, once you've done that <g>, you might take a look at... 1) One of the best places to find addons (of which there are loads): http://gplpp.com 2) The place to find addon tracks (of which there are loads). Fancy driving GPL at Le Mans Sarthe, Goodwood, Oulton Park, the Sachsenring, Anderstorp, Reims, Daytona, the sterreichring or Lime Rock Park? well, they're all here, along with over 200 others: http://magnust.d2g.com 3) GPLRank - rate yourself against other GPLers (of which there are loads): http://gplrank.schuerkamp.de/php-pub/gplrank.php 4) The RaceSim Central Forums (of which there are loads): http://forum.racesimcentral.com 5) GPL Replay Analyser - a tremendous telemetry utility (of which there is only one, but it's utterly brilliant): http://home.bip.net/martin/gplra/ 6) The GPLEA (GPL Editors' Association) - home of some of the most impressive addons for the game - especially some superbly done cockpits: http://gplea.racesimcentral.com and not forgetting... 7) VROC - Virtual Racers' Online Connection, which grinds into the dust the notion that you can't race online with a modem connection: http://www.vroc.net -- The GPL Scrapyard: http://www.btinternet.com/~gplscrapyard (including the Kinlet Park circuit - currently in beta) "Hoi, hoi, u embleer hrair, m'saion ul hraka vair" - Watership Down
