OT: Dear Tech Support

Dear Tech Support, My Wizbang isn't recognized in Windows. I've downloaded the latest drivers from your web site and upgraded to the latest bios for my motherboard. Since that didn't help, I did a fresh install of Windows and used the new drivers, but still no luck. Can you help? Regards, Slot ......2 weeks later.....
