I keep reading bad things about the GPL Shifter from Actlabs - springs going on the gates, no high/low sequential shifterplate anymore etc etc I only want a sequential one really - preferably with postage to the UK that doesnt equate to daylight robbery Doug
Im in Leicestershire too Doug....we could do a bulk order....my two mates want one too. Just use a joystick, most games now support multiple axis, map your up and down shift keys to the joystick axis....Push pull...works great. Cheers

BRD have one in the 'beta' process as it were - which is actually what I would like to go for ( the pedals are the DB's - and I'll be getting their FFB whell as long as it's not more than about 500 to replace my momo) There's also some strange japanese company making gear stick units (for 60 odd) - but postage is as much as the product!! With the right sort of stick - this could be quite cool. Doug
If all you want is a sequential shifter, you can build one for a couple bucks. Here's one example: http://www.slottweak.com/homeshifter.htm -- Slot Tweaks & Reviews www.slottweak.com "Doug Ellison" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:anumjh$hscjm$[email hidden]... > I keep reading bad things about the GPL Shifter from Actlabs - springs going > on the gates, no high/low sequential shifterplate anymore etc etc > > I only want a sequential one really - preferably with postage to the UK that > doesnt equate to daylight robbery > > Doug > >
