YEAH baby YEAH !! Copy/Paste from Stangs Announcement in the RSC forum: Read the comments and give'em some feedback of your own here: http://forum.racesimcentral.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=177 ------- 11-10-2002 OK, new website is now live and the download page is ready. I have also added a full online help site. (you can also download the help as a .CHM file from the download page) I appreciate everyones support for this project I hope that it meets your expectations. I do want to make aware, this is a beta, simply that we are using techniques not previously used. While we have spent several weeks testing. The main focus was on functionality. Any suggestion to improve the product will be greatly appreciated and all will be considered. Make sure you read this: - Pit Crews were not implemented. I have added code to the MOD launcher to automatically set the Pit animation parameter to Low. However, I was getting random failure on Win9x machines. So make sure you check the Pit Animation setting after install and configure. - Original Track Setups. There are none! The physics was designed specifically for the Lemans track, this caused the other tracks to display strange effects. We will be working on custom SVMs for all available 2002 tracks. I am also going to setup a best lap contest where the winners can have there setup added to the MODs defualt pack. - Thanks to the modular nature of the product. We can add new feature to the MOD launcher without requiring an reconfigure of the actual running game data. Some of the planned addons include - track AI generator. Since the MOD natively supports multiple carsets. We are going to add an editor to the MOD launcher that will dynamically rebuild the order.pit and all of the track AIW files. To assign grid, Pit and garage location best suited for the users current selection of cars. The goal is to allow 50 car grids on every track, including accurate pit and garage handling. - Lots and Lots of cars. Menu Art, Movies, etc,... We will be happy to help others develop products that are compatible as well... Now that I've made you read all of that. Are new webaddress is http://sm.racesimcentral.com/SSM I hope you enjoy (hey I'm an hour early) Thanks, Stang1228 - - - - - - - - - - Enjoy gents Mikkel Gram-Hansen administrator http://www.racesimcentral.com
