Jo
I was discussing 'Rebecca' by Daphne Du Maurier over lunch with a chippy
today - as you do. Now, he says Mrs Danvers was so nasty to the new Mrs
DeWinter because she fancied her boss Mr DeWinter, whereas I've always
held the view that Danvers' was a mean old, clam jousting, bean flicker
who had had the hots for Rebecca.
What are your thoughts?
Cheers

She was better, I thought, after they patched her to version 1.0.1.4.....
(and, incidentally, you know a far higher class of carpenter than I've ever
met!)

that Rebecca had had cancer. That doesn't match your theory at all IMHO :)
