I have a problem with a duplicate driver. Not duplicate driver_S_ like I
originally thought. It seems that whichever is my first (lowest numbered
car) has 10 entries in any race I run. I have deleted and and edited the
proper spots (all that I am at least aware of) to reflect a 32 car
(including myself) field. I get 32.........but 21 are random and one has 10
entries and then myself. Can someone help me get ALL 31 drivers not 21 plus
10 of another???

I'm not sure what is causing that, so I'll ask the only obvious question I
can think of.
What do you have for your starting posistion for Quick races? If you
have 2001 selected, you'll get duplicates many times over. Set the starting
position to random to eliminate most of the duplicates.
There is a car utility that blocks or makes certain cars available...try
one of those...
and in your player file, you should see about 4 spots where you need to
change the number of AI from 22 to whatever higher number you want.

Thanks Dave. Once again...............you scratchging your head is more
effective than me scratching mine. I poured over everything thinking I
overlooked or changed the wrong setting............nope. Like you suggested,
I had QR set on 2001 season. Everything is running excellent now. I have
even found a joy of driving the Vette's........and to think I was going to
delete them. Now that I get this all squared away and working
top-notch........GT3 for 2k2 will come out and take up MORE of my
time..............hehehehee, but hey, I am SOOOOOOO looking forward to it.

don't say scratching...I'm just recovering from an alergic reaction to
something...spent the last 5 days scratching like a flea-covered dog and
I've been on steroids and benydryl and I'm completely wasted. I have only
worked my full shift two days in the last 3 weeks, and my legs are killing
me this morning :) gotta work myself back into shape!
