Can someone tell me how many degrees of travel this wheel has? Is it the full 270 like the original MOMO?

What settings are you all using in NR2002/Control Panel? I've been messing with it since yesterday but am unable to find the *sweet spot*. Ive tried a couple suggestions that included full strenght no damper but it causes odd jerking down the straights. Any other suggesions? I think I have been using 50% force, 50% damping, and 120 msec latency correction. You will probably need to change the settings somewhat between ovals and road tracks. On road tracks I think I turned the damping off. The only change I made in the control panel was to turn split axis pedals on. Thx Hal, About the same settings I came to after playing around with it. I was able to d/l a few profiles but each had some bad qualities. Not sure if I even like the FF in N2k2. Now GTR is a different story. Its pretty amazing what theyve done with the FF and everything else in that mod. Im still tweaking GTR to my liking but if you hear of any new Momo profiles for GTR let us know ok ;) One other question, what kind of online play/matching servers are available for GTR? Eldred have you tried GTR? wink wink :)) Mitch "Haqsau" <[email hidden]> wrote in message news:asm8fc$skm33$[email hidden]...

In GTR I have set FF Effects level to low and FF Strength to -70%. It feels so good at those settings that I haven't bothered with any .plr file tweaks. Also make sure you have speed sensitivity set to 0%, all axis sensitivities at 50%, and all dead spots at 0%. If that feels too sensitive you can either back off the X axis sensitivity to about 48% or set speed sensitivity to 2 or 3%. Small non-linearities like that can help add some stability without drastically changing the feel, but any more than that and you are going to get some nasty side effects.
